Key Accomplishments • Successfully delivered multiple turnkey medical gas infrastructure projects across Africa, including PSA oxygen plants and MGPS systems. • Executed large-scale international contracts (e.g., UNOPS, CHAI) with full compliance to global standards. • Established strong coordination between global stakeholders, local partners, and government entities. • Reduced project downtime and improved system reliability through effective commissioning and troubleshooting processes. • Developed and implemented training programs for biomedical and technical teams on-site. • Built a scalable operational structure integrating engineering, logistics, and commercial workflows.
